Your project brief

The project planner processes what you enter in your browser. Your name and email are optional. Preparing a draft or downloading a brief does not send your details to CLD Technology. Closing the dialog clears the form; downloading a brief leaves a file on your device until you delete it.

You control whether to save or share your brief. Avoid including passwords, payment details, or confidential information that is unnecessary to describe your project.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not set application cookies, save form entries in browser storage, or include advertising or analytics trackers. Motion preferences apply to the current page session.

Website requests

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Your browser requests page files, images, video, and 3D models from Cloudflare. Cloudflare receives technical information associated with those requests, such as an IP address, requested path, and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its data-handling practices. The project planner does not upload the contents of your brief.

Email and inquiries

The project planner can prepare an email draft. You review and send it from your own email app; preparing a draft does not send it. Your email service handles the draft and any message you send. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards incoming messages to our private AgentMail inbox. We use Resend for outgoing branded email.

When you email us, we receive your address, message, and any details or attachments you choose to include. We use this information to understand your request, reply, discuss possible work, and keep relevant business records. These email providers process messages to provide their services. Inquiry information is not used for advertising or sold.

We retain inquiry records for as long as needed to respond, manage an ongoing discussion or project, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the inquiry and any resulting relationship. You can email [email protected] to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information. We may need to verify that the request relates to you; some records may need to be kept to meet legal obligations.
